Power went out for about twenty minutes during dinner and the backup took a while to pick up the load on the lawn lights. Everything else was good, food especially.

Used the smaller side lawn for the mehendi. Shaded, quiet, and the chaat counter was excellent. The main hall was busy with another wedding that day and we never heard it.

I had visited seven venues and this was the only one where the person showing us around knew the answers without calling someone. Booked the same week. Rooms on site meant our Kerala relatives did not have to travel back at 2am.
My mother left her jewellery bag in the bridal room and the manager drove it to our house the next morning. Small thing, but it tells you who you are dealing with.
We booked the garden lawn for our sangeet in February and it looked better than the photos. The team let us do a site visit twice before finalising, and the manager sat with our decorator to plan the entry. Food was served hot right through, which honestly I was not expecting for 600 people.

Sounds like a silly thing to praise but if you have got a lehenga and four people helping you into it, you will understand. Big mirror, proper lighting, attached washroom.
Four functions over three days and not one thing went wrong. Parking was the reason we picked this place over two others in Chattarpur and it held up — no guest called me about it once.
We were only 220 people and I was worried the space would feel empty. They partitioned the hall and it felt intimate rather than sparse. Decorator had no trouble working with the pillars.
Heaters on the lawn, blankets for the elders, and they moved the cocktail indoors at short notice when it got cold. That flexibility is what you are actually paying for.
No complaints about the hall or the staff on the day. The only frustration was the tasting — we were rescheduled twice and finally got a shortened session. Once we locked the menu everything else was easy, and the paneer dishes were a hit.
The indoor hall is beautiful and comfortably took our 400 guests. The in-house sound was weak for a live band, so we brought our own — they had no issue with that, which I appreciated. Deduct one star only for that.

You can find cheaper on this stretch. You will not find this level of organisation cheaper. We compared four quotes and went with them for the third year running as a family.
The property itself deserves five stars. Our issue was billing — the final count was higher than what we signed off on, and sorting it took a few phone calls. It was resolved fairly in the end but it soured the week after the wedding. Get everything in writing.

Two months before the wedding we were told another function had been confirmed on our lawn for the same evening. They eventually moved the other party and gave us a discount, but those two weeks were the worst of the planning. The event itself was fine. I am rating the experience, not the building.
Sameer, this was our mistake and we have no excuse for it. Our calendar is now locked per lawn at the time of booking so it cannot happen again.
