Six hundred people on the lawn with the haveli lit up behind — the photographs came out better than anything we had planned for. Rooms were clean and the breakfast spread was generous.
Beautiful place and genuinely helpful staff. One thing to plan for: it is 25 minutes from the airport and traffic on the Amer road is unpredictable, so build in time. The transfer was included for our block.
Only two of them, so book early. Original windows, enormous bathroom. The rest of the rooms are plainer but perfectly comfortable — the Courtyard Doubles are good value for the wider family.
